Hey, I'm Frank.
After my Dad passed away from medical negligence in 2012, I've been on a mission to evolve healthcare.
For the last decade, I've been running multiple cutting edge practices and teaching clinicians how to reimagine their skillset to deliver an unprecedented level of patient care.
The Evolving Practice Model™ is the result of hundreds-of-thousands spent on mentoring with the best business educators in the world and a decade of experience as an entrepreneur.
This proprietary method of building healthcare practices frees clinicians from the broken healthcare system and introduces a completely new kind of healthcare for patients with the intention of reducing the enormous amount of unnecessary suffering from preventable and treatable medical conditions in the world.
Our Story
After Frank Benedetto hit rock bottom from losing his father at 26, he spiraled for years, got fired from his 15-year PT job for caring too much, and then built his way out by creating a completely different model that proved clinicians don't have to choose between mission and profit.
The HoneyBadger Project was born from that transformation and a single conviction: healthcare is broken, and clinicians have the power to fix it. Since 2015, Frank has been proving there's another way, one that doesn't force you to choose between impact and income, between serving patients and having a life.
Using the proprietary Evolving Practice Model™, which blends innovation, human-centered design, and time-leveraged delivery mechanisms, The HoneyBadger Project has helped over 1,200 clinicians escape insurance-dependent models and build sustainable, scalable practices.
