Program Access
- You are purchasing access to Company’s coaching, mentorship, courses, and related services (the “Services”).
- Access begins upon enrollment and continues as outlined in your program description.
Payments
- All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- You agree to make all payments in full and on time as selected at checkout. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to actively participate in the Services, follow program guidelines, and treat all participants and staff with respect.
- You will not share, distribute, copy, or sell any Company materials. All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Company.
Confidentiality
- You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and the personal/business information of other participants.
Media Release
- You consent to the Company’s use of your likeness, testimonials, and participation (in written, audio, or visual form) for marketing and promotional purposes.
Limitations of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by Client for the Services. Company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Non-Solicitation & Non-Compete
- For a period of one (1) year after program completion, you will not use Company’s materials to create a directly competing program, nor solicit Company staff or clients for competing services.
Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
