1 Star: not usable for marketing; fake; forced; low production value; mention that they aren't where they want to be
2 Stars: not a one star but no strong wins; rambling; too long
3 Stars: a strong testimonial but applicable to a type of person (ie single dad chiropractor) where we could use it to show a potential lead that someone just like them is having success in the program
4 Stars: has most of the 5 star components but is missing one (ie don't talk about all the wins), slighlty lower production value but still usable in marketing
5 Stars: excellent production value; touch all the types of wins or go in depth into one type; something that will obviouly inspire others to join the program
